When you have the bad cravings for sweets!

On a diet? Or just wanna eat something good and tasty? Fruit salad is the answer!! For me my big sin is chocolate…Oh my i can eat a lot of it so i need to substitute sometimes. In this easy made bowl of sweets you actually feel full after eating….And so simple made:

  1. banana
  2. youghurt
  3. apple
  4. pear
  5. dark chocolate

Usually when its the season for it i use fresh strawberries and blueberries… Either way you can make it from anything you want…The world is full of  tasty fruit and if you get bored you can just put it all in a blender and make it a nice and fresh smoothie:)

This summer we struggled with a lot of heatwaves and every day i struggled to find out what to eat.. feeling hungry kind of dissapeared and you get tired.. So to buy a blender and start mixing up the things you love to eat is really a lifesaver . And if you are going to the gym a smoothie can really give you the right energy before and after a great workout…

My favorite smoothie:

  1. banana
  2. oatmeal
  3. strawberries
  4. blueberries
  5. spinach
  6. orangejuice/ vanilla soya milk

Hope this gave you some inspiration or help for the next time you are craving for somehing:) There limits are few when it comes to making this kind of food so you just got to taste your way and find your own favorite….
